BUSINESS PALACE STEGNE - DETAILED DESIGN COMPLETEDmore info on the project... RENDERING: LIDIJA DJIKANOVIĆ Groleger Architekti most recent building balances mass, solidity and transparency. The site is located on the border of the industrial area overlooking fields of wheat. The new office building incorporates public/commercial program in the ground floor, offices in the upper floors and parking underground.
BUSINESS PALLACE ČRNUČE - UNDER CONSTRUCTIONmore info on the project... RENDERING: LIDIJA DIKANOVIC An important design aspect of Groleger Arhitekti was to filter out the few qualities of the site located nearby the industrial area - it was essential to preserve the existing trees in front of the southern façade. The southern façade reflects the trees – the horizontal green area transforms into the vertical façade, with windows repeating the rhythm of the leaves as the smallest element of a tree creating an abstract image of the green surrounding. SPA CENTRE ROGAŠKA SLATINAmore info on the project... RENDERING: LIDIJA DJIKANOVIĆ In the past , the building has provided space for administration of the spa, the contemporary concept of Groleger Arhitekti for the refurbishment and renovation called for respecting the existing structure, reinforcing the impact it makes, and introducing forward - looking elements to represent modern – day spa facilities: rooms for therapy, spa centre, guest rooms, catering for the guests and in the new addition underground – a wine bar. Respecting the guidelines of the department of cultural heritage the addition melts in the surrounding without disturbing the inherited structure providing space for an indoor swimming pool and wine bar. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LJUBNOmore info on the project... RENDERING: LIDIJA DJIKANOVIĆ Reconstruction of the elementary school on the terrace above the Ljubnica undertaken by Groleger Arhitekti called for respecting the existing structure - the oldest of the trio was erected more than 200 years ago, the western building is from the 1970s, the more recent middle building is a connecting element between the two. METELKOVA MUSEUM OF CONTEMPORARY ARTmore info on the project... RENDERING: LIDIJA DJIKANOVIĆ pHOTO: MIROSLAVA ANDRIĆ Obrazložitev ideje in principa zasnove Obravnavani objekt Muzej sodobne umetnosti se nahaja v območju stare vojašnice in sooblikuje novo mentalno podobo kareja. KRISMA Luxury offices and showroomsmore info on the project... PHOTO CREDITS: MIROSLAVA ANDRIĆ After getting the commission for a building with offices and showrooms for luxury sanitary ware, Groleger architects decided to design a minimalist but elegant shape. The result is an elegantly two-storey box that though it turns its back on its surroundings, conceals a tranquil, sensuous inner calm. PHOTO CREDITS: MIROSLAVA ANDRIĆ This facility designed by Groleger Arhitekti with 5340 square meters of office space is located in the district of BTC Ljubljana (the cities business, shopping, recreational and entertainment centre) at the edge of the former industrial complex with existing buildings characterized by large floor plans. JANUARY 2009 - KRISMA Luxury offices and showrooms completedRESIDENTIAL NEIGHBOURHOOD KAMNIK - JANUARY 2009more info on the project... RENDERING: LIDIJA DJIKANOVIĆ The mixed use development – neighbourhood with residential and business program designed by Groleger Arhitekti, consists of five volumes with 2 basements – the first is for the business program and parking facilities, the second basement only for parking. Carefully planned green areas spreading between the buildings follow the main goal of the architects to achieve a park like landscape with urban equipment and children-friendly green areas and playgrounds. The new design provides in the southern part of the area two smaller volumes, in the middle part two rectangular volumes and at the corner of the Ljubljana road and Kovinarska road one of trapezoid shape. The two smaller buildings have two floor plans above ground, all other buildings have three. MC MURGLE - fully functionalmore info on the project... PHOTO CREDITS: MIRAN KAMBIČ Confronted with the task of turning a production hall with offices into a contemporary office building, Groleger Arhitekti designed an extension to the existing facility. An unique appearance was achieved with the new glass facade, wrapped around the building like a second skin. CURRENT PROJECTS - autumn 2008LUXURY VILLA CASTLE - COMPLETEDmore info on the project...
